All names generated on TaleBlooms are produced by algorithmic processes. We do not host user‑submitted content, and the generated names are not intended to copy or misappropriate any existing copyrighted works. However, due to the random and combinatorial nature of our tools, a generated name may coincidentally resemble an existing trademark, brand, or copyrighted character name. This is unintentional and purely incidental. If you believe that a particular combination of letters produced by our generator infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and you believe that any material available on the Website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification containing the following information:

5. Counter‑Notice

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. Although TaleBlooms does not have user accounts, if we receive multiple valid infringement notices associated with a particular tool or name pattern, we may remove or modify the relevant algorithm to prevent future similarity.
